    MALIK: Management, Accounting, Leaderships, Innovation, and Knowledge
    is a scholarly journal published under the auspices of the Management Study Program, Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA). The journal publishes research articles, theoretical analyses, and case studies in the fields of general management, accounting, leadership, innovation, and organizational knowledge. MALIK aims to serve as an academic platform that supports the development of knowledge and professional practice in management and related disciplines.

    The scope of MALIK includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

    • General Management: planning, organizing, controlling, organizational behavior, strategic management, and organizational development.

    • Accounting: financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, accounting information systems, and contemporary issues in accounting.

    • Leadership: leadership theories and practices, leadership styles, human resource management, and leadership development.

    • Innovation: innovation management, technology, innovative entrepreneurship, and digital transformation within organizations.

    • Organizational Knowledge: knowledge management, organizational learning, organizational culture, and competency development.

    The journal is published biannually, with issues released in:

    • January–June

    • June–December

    As a journal managed by the Management Study Program of UNDANA, MALIK is committed to maintaining high publication standards through a rigorous peer-review process. The journal ensures that each published article provides a meaningful contribution to the advancement of scientific knowledge and organizational practice at regional, national, and global levels.

    MALIK: Journal of Community Service is a scientific journal published by the Management Study Program, Universitas Nusa Cendana, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The journal focuses on publishing the results of research-based community service activities, empowerment initiatives, and the application of scientific knowledge across various sectors.

    As a platform for academic dissemination, MALIK PKM provides a forum for lecturers, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders to share their tangible contributions to community development, particularly in the fields of management, economics, education, social sciences, and local community empowerment.
