About the Journal
MALIK: Management, Accounting, Leaderships, Innovation, and Knowledge
is a scholarly journal published under the auspices of the Management Study Program, Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA). The journal publishes research articles, theoretical analyses, and case studies in the fields of general management, accounting, leadership, innovation, and organizational knowledge. MALIK aims to serve as an academic platform that supports the development of knowledge and professional practice in management and related disciplines.
The scope of MALIK includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

General Management: planning, organizing, controlling, organizational behavior, strategic management, and organizational development.

Accounting: financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, accounting information systems, and contemporary issues in accounting.

Leadership: leadership theories and practices, leadership styles, human resource management, and leadership development.
