Focus and Scope

MALIK: Management, Accounting, Leaderships, Innovation, and Knowledge is an academic journal managed by the Management Study Program of Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA). The journal serves as a platform for disseminating empirical research, theoretical analyses, and case studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and professional practice in management and related disciplines.
