Focus and Scope

MALIK: Management, Accounting, Leaderships, Innovation, and Knowledge is an academic journal managed by the Management Study Program of Universitas Nusa Cendana (UNDANA). The journal serves as a platform for disseminating empirical research, theoretical analyses, and case studies that contribute to the advancement of knowledge and professional practice in management and related disciplines.

Focus

MALIK focuses on publishing scholarly works that support the development of theory and practice in the following areas:

• Management, including general management, organizational behavior, strategic management, and organizational development.
